Single ply is a single waterproof synthetic polymer or rubber membrane that can be installed over a flat or very low pitch roof. It is clean, lightweight and can be installed over existing roofs.

Kalzip is a trade name for a standing seam roof made from profiled aluminium sheets. It is recognisable by the distinctive ‘bulb’ like standing seams which are mechanically zipped together to make a watertight seal.

Trapezoidal roof is a very common industrial roofing type. Formed metal sheets with raised ribs to give structural rigidity. It can be insulated or uninsulated. It is lightweight but very strong and gives a cost-effective solution over a large space.
